Angela Hopper, Attorney
Angela Hopper has been a lawyer for almost 15 years, including several years at one of the largest law firms in the United States.
Angela began her legal career working on the plaintiffs’ discovery committee of a multidistrict litigation suit in Indiana. Since then she has represented a variety of businesses and financial institutions, providing business advice and serving their litigation needs. Angela also has represented both financial institutions and property owners in foreclosure actions and other real estate disputes, handled ERISA litigation for a union benefit trust fund, litigated a trademark dispute, obtained zoning approval for a coal mining company, and represented a defendant in a wrongful death action.
In 2009, Angela was Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Women in Law Committee. She was twice named an “Indiana Rising Star,” and in 2012 she was named one of “Indiana’s Outstanding Young Lawyers.”
Angela graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2000, where she was named “Top Orator” in 1998 and received the Marten-Haas Prize. She is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Tax Court, and all state trial courts in Indiana. She is also admitted to practice before United States District Courts in Indiana.
