Paganelli Law Group is proud to announce that Diana Moers Davis joined the firm on May 8, 2017. Ms. Davis concentrates her practice in securities law, business and corporate law, civil litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.
Most recently, Ms. Davis served since February 2015 in a dual role as the Executive Director for the Indiana Board of Depositories and Assistant General Counsel for the Treasurer of the State of Indiana. Previously, she spent five years as an enforcement attorney and special prosecutor for the Securities Division of the Indiana Secretary of State.
Ms. Davis is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, and a 2007 graduate of Western Michigan University’s Thomas Cooley School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and where she competed in Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions.
Ms. Davis resides in Indianapolis with her husband Jesse, a professional marathon runner and the 2017 winner of the USATF 100 km Ultramarathon National Championship.
Founded less than four years ago as a solo practice, Paganelli Law Group has quickly grown into a business law firm of nine lawyers representing entrepreneurs, professionals, and companies of all sizes throughout Indiana and the Midwest.
