Raegan Gibson is an experienced business litigator and appellate lawyer in federal and state courts. Before joining the Paganelli Law Group, she was a litigator at a large national business law firm where she honed her litigation skills.
While in law school, Raegan also served as a legal intern for two Judges on the Indiana Court of Appeals. Through those experiences and her years of practicing law Raegan knows her way around litigation and the court systems.
Her strong advocacy skills also were developed in her educational experiences leading up to law school. While in college, Raegan was a champion debater and she won eight awards for her advocacy skills including National Lincoln-Douglas Debate Champion two years in a row.
Raegan brings her passion as a litigator and recognized advocacy skills to bear for her clients whether she is representing their interests, negotiating on their behalf, or serving as their trial attorney.
Raegan obtained her undergraduate and master’s degrees (both summa cum laude) at Western Kentucky University. She received her law degree at I.U.’s McKinney School of Law (also with honors) where she served on Moot Court and as an editor on the Indiana Health Law Review.
