Mike Head Joins Paganelli Law Group

PLG welcomes attorney Michael Head to the firm!

Mike is an experienced attorney focusing on business transactions and providing outside general counsel services. He handles a wide array of business and corporate law matters and serves as legal counsel and strategic advisor to small and midsize privately held companies and their owners.

He has served as in-house general counsel and in business executive roles, including chief operating officer, for growing companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors for more than seven years. His experience helping run and grow companies allows him to better communicate with business owners and understand and appreciate their needs and concerns when dealing with interested parties like customers, clients, employees, suppliers, and distributors.

Mike has been a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education (CLE) and business seminars and was recognized as a Rising Star by Indiana Super Lawyers® from 2014-2017.

He received his bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, with honors, from Indiana University - Indianapolis and studied law at Indiana University's McKinney School of Law, graduating cum laude with a Health Law concentration.

Mike is a lifelong Hoosier, growing up in Kokomo before moving to Indianapolis where he now resides while splitting his workweek between Indianapolis and Bloomington. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and biking with his wife and two young sons and chasing their two huskies.
