Paganelli Law Group announces 2024 Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars distinctions

Paganelli Law Group announced today that five of its attorneys are included in the 2024 Indiana Super Lawyers® list, including founder Tony Paganelli and attorneys Anne Cowgur, Raegan Gibson, Elizabeth Schuerman, and Charley Smith. Additionally, four attorneys are recognized as Super Lawyers® Rising Stars, including Drew Farrington, Mackenzie Lyons, LaToya Highsaw, and Monica McCoskey.

The annual selection of Super Lawyers and Rising Stars represents outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Super Lawyers’ peer-influenced and research-driven selection process selects the top 5% of attorneys to the Super Lawyers list each year. The Super Lawyers Rising Stars list represents the top 2.5% of attorneys, and also must be 40 or younger, or have been in practice 10 years or less.

Selection to the SuperLawyers lists provides third-party validation of individual and practice performance, ensuring that only the most distinguished and respected attorneys receive this level of recognition.

Tony Paganelli is celebrating his 15th straight year of selection to the Super Lawyers list. As managing attorney at PLG, he is responsible for the firm’s business operations. Elizabeth Schuerman focuses her practice on civil litigation and insurance, specifically medical malpractice, premises liability, and general liability defense. Drew Farrington is an experienced litigator focusing in the areas of civil litigation, residential and commercial real estate, business litigation, government affairs and litigation, and medical malpractice. LaToya Highsaw concentrates her practice in family law. LaToya also serves on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Bar Association and volunteers with YouYesYou, an organization that assists incarcerated fathers in understanding their parental rights and fostering relationships with their children. Mackenzie Lyons focuses her practice on civil litigation, including real estate and commercial matters. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and also serves as a Bar Exam essay grader for the Barbri IN Bar Prep program. Rising Stars (2023-2024).

Monica McCoskey concentrates her practice on business and real estate litigation. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Litigation Section and serves as Secretary/Chair Elect of the Young Lawyers Division. This is McCoskey’s first year listed in Rising Stars.
