Mike Lang

Mike is a transactional attorney and business and real estate advisor. He has spent 17 years helping clients grow their businesses and develop projects that produce strong financial results and make sense to the end-user. Mike spent over five years working on complex redevelopments with Simon Property Group, one of the largest retail and mixed use developers in the U.S. These redevelopments have included large format health clubs, multi-family, luxury big-box tenants, national discount brands, and restaurants. In many cases, those transactions included extensive construction or build outs.

Mike helps his clients proactively and strategically grow and protect their businesses and real estate. He works with his clients to understand their business, tax, and compliance goals and help them craft a plan to achieve them.

Outside of work, Mike loves travelling and spending time with his wife and kids. He also loves doing home improvement projects and seems to always have a major renovation under construction or in the planning stages. He is also active at his church.
